The chicken feeder plate of the KarnoTech Poultry Equipment Company is reverse engineered from the German model of the FIT Company.

The most important feature of this plate is the ability to use it at the age of one day.

As you know, in the first days of breeding, most chicken farmers have to use a tray to distribute manure.

At the same time, by adjusting the height of the feeding lines upwards, more feed is available to the chicken.

Chicken Plus Feeder Plates are designed for crowned pipes.

Crowned tubes prevent the plate from moving to both sides due to bird strikes, and reduce the amount of overshoot.

If you do not use crowned pipes, but you are interested in this plate, our solution is to use a gas clamp.

These clamps completely fix the feeding plate on the tube and you will not have to worry about dropping the food.

• First-class galvanized pipe with a diameter of 45 mm, which is cut with a special device to prevent the plate from moving on the pipe.
• In this system, an agar located inside the pipe causes the transfer of manure throughout the hall.
• This feeder is used in breeding systems on the bed and it is also used in raising broiler chickens, and its capacity depends on the dimensions of the hall and the capacity of the poultry inside the hall.
